    I am using ATI AIW 128 16mb card. I use mpeg2 ati to capture in mpeg2.
    Then I use Nero mpeg2/svcd plugin to encode an burn. Video looks great but it runs in fast forward. Audio doesn't sync. I've looked all over these
    forums but can't find exact problem. Please help.

    Well I have the same card, capture using the same software and codec, but to get SVCD, I run the MP2 file through DVD2AVI,creating a project, and then re-encode using TMPGEnc - resulting in very good quality SVCDs, given the limitations of the ATI card itself
