Has anyone sucessfully been able to do this ????
Avi in 23,976 subfile in 23,976..... and i use DVD2SVCD.
Then convert to MPEG2 using the option "NTSC to PAL", in the output file after encoding the audio/video is in sync ,but not the subtitles !!!!!
If i ignore "NTSC to PAL" everything is in sync.
But i live in a PAL country so....
Please..... i am running out of options here![]()
