Playing DVD X Copy DVDs

I have an odd problem. I have a DVD +R/RW and have no problem backing up my dvds with DVD X Copy. The problem I have is that my new player (for christmas) wont play them. It says, "Playback features may not be available". The odd thing is the dvds play on every other dvd player I ever tried it on. One time I pulled off the data from a dvd to my local HD (when I was experementing) then burned the info to a DVD+RW like you would burn a data CD and it would play in the DVD player. I know there is a way to get my backups to play in the DVD Player but im at a loss. The evidence of the DVD+RW playing with just a data transfered to the DVD+RW told me the player can see the dvd. When it played the image was really messed up with odd pixels, it was unwatchable. Any suggestions?

I know the new version of DVDXCopy has an option for two different recording methods. I used one and that didn't work on my Apex 1500. Then I used the other recording method and it worked find. You can find this option under Advanced Options. I don't know if this is the problem, but I hope it helps.

Go to PlusRW.org and get the free Bitsetter, put a blank DVD+RW, then change the Burner to burn all discs as DVD-ROM and change the RW to burn as DVD-ROM also, it will play in any brand of player then, I have used this method and have tried my +R's and +RW's in 40 different players without a problem here are some of the brands I have tried

Sony, Toshiba, Philips, Sharp, Daewoo, Apex, Panasonic

before this they would not play in any panasonic, Apex 600a, APEX 500w some sonys and some toshiba's.
