  1. I am so sorry that i may be repeating this. But i have tried to d/l the programs listed in the help, and they end up not working. I'm frustrated. I'm looking for a EASY and SIMPLE program just to convert MPEG files to files which a dvd player can read. I want to burn them and make them into VCDs. Once again i am VERY sorry, but i have tried alot of programs and they dont seem to work. I just need a simple one which i could download and use easily for my purpose.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  2. More information needed for helpful answer.

What error messages or conditions occur? What is the source of the MPEG file?

I would not define the CD-Video creation process as either EASY or SIMPLE.

It would also be helpful if you would fill out your profile with some details on your hardware and operating system.

  3. the source of the MPEG file is from a normal vcd, i've copied the files on to the computer. I want to now, make a copy of it. I need a program which allows me to burn the files on the cd, and be playable on the dvd player. Otherwise normal burning of the files, are not playable and comes out in a mp3 mode. If that makes any sense.

  4. You say "the source of the MPEG file is from a normal vcd"
It would help if you told us what process you used to get the MPEG file. How did you capture, how did you encode to the compressed MPEG format ie TMPGEnc? Hardware-software? If you have a good MPEG file all you need is VCDEasy to convert and burn the VCD. Also if you already have a VCD why can't you just do a disk copy?

  5. All you need is a burning program that does a mode 2 copy. This should be both easy AND simple.
