  2. Hi...

Do you just wanna make a copy of a svcd-cd? simple use clonecd. That will do the trick.

If you want to open .bin files on your hd..use daemon tools. That simple makes it a drive.

    is this what you mean?

  4. hi Kruldingo,

Well, if you put the cd in a drive, are able to simple open it.
If so, simple copy the mpeg-file in the mpeg2 dir to harddisk.

Start nero. choose svcd and put the mpeg-file in it. and burn it.
Nero will automatically create the rest of the svcd.

  5. Most CD burning proggies have a function for "copy disc". Nero, for example, has this.

This will work fine for S/VCDs.

  6. This isn't as easy as it sounds...when you burn a .bin/.cue (image file) to
cd it stays as such and is not as simple as copying the cd (unless you have a writer that reads and writes in RAW data) or copying mpeg to hard drive (or at least what I've learned so far) ...The only way to extract the mpeg, I'm thinking, would be using programs like cdmage or vcdgear...this is where the problem lies...I cannot get the cd to open itself in the "image tree" so I can click on the mpeg and click extract...HELP

  7. Most CD burning proggies can do a DAO copy and this is generally enough. Give it a try.
