i just formatted my computer and got everything back up again......... except for my burner (mitsumi CR-4084TE). my computer recognizes it as a normal cd-rom. i cant burn with easy-cd creator 4 and nero says that im missing the aspi drivers. any idea where i can get this. please help.

Go to http://www.google.com and look up drivers. You should get a lot of web sites that host drivers. Or put in the name of your drive and driver and you should get a page for it. The problem is, when you boot up what does it say when it looks at your drive? Does it say it is a burner with ?X?X?speeds?
