  1. I have two big problems with watching my VCD.

First, am I supposed to burn it as a what? MPeg? Bin/Cue?

Second, am I supposed to burn like a data disk? Because I can't burn it as a music disc.

    PLUS: I got a HP Cd-Writer 9100 Series

    Help me!

  3. Ok, MPeg? Good, though I put the MPeg on VCDeasy and it converted it to something with 3 files

Got Nero demo, thanks, I'll post back if I run into more difficulties,

  4. The MPEG is a movie...a bin/cue (Bin is the BIG file...cue is usually only a couple of kilobytes large) is the "image" of the CD...it is the CD itself on one file

Use NERO to burn a VCD of your MPEG file. First make sure you covert your AVI to an usefull MPEG using virtualbub and TMPGnc.

  6. Ok, well sometimes my .avi's cannot be converted.

I downloaded Minority Report, it's 739 MGs and my CD only has 700, do I have to buy a BIGGER cd, and since there is 2 parts, Part1 and Part2, I was thinking about cutting them and editing them and making a third part, but, I'm not familiar with TMPGenc since I'm a newbie to this Vcd Stuff.

    PLEASE post your suggestions.

  7. First off you shouldn't burn it as a mpeg in nero nero cant make vcds or svcds for crap, ie. you cant add chapters so you would have to fast forward thru entire movie to get to point you want. What you should do is put mpeg into vcdeasy, where you can add chapters I normally add a chapter every 3 minutes. Seconfly if you burn it as a bin/cue you can fit up to 800mb on a 700mb disc. Load the bin/cue in either nero or cdrwin.
