This might be a dumb question, but I have looked everywhere I can think of and can't find the answer.
Nice friend that I am, I want to burn SVCD's for some friends in DVD regions 2 and 4. Do I even need to worry about this, or does region coding only apply to purchased DVD's? Do I need to be concerned about encoding in PAL? At this point it seems to me from what I've read that I can just burn SVCD (still in NTSC) and send it if their player will support SVCD. Am I correct here?
Thanks in advance for your help!![]()
