    I decided to try CCE 2.66 to make a VCD from a DV AVI but when I use the video setting mode for Video CD NTSC and hit encode now I get an error message
    Code:
    cce encoding failed: Internal error: bad MV detected 4: 54 5: 75/ -1: 0 -1: 0
    Also, if i try to make an MPEG2 file and set the bitrate below 2000 it locks up during the encoding. Is there a guide for CCE?
