  1. How to see what type of frames are movie: PROGRESIVE OR INTERLACED
    but when movie is still on original DVD, without ripping
    becaouse i using DVD2DVDR 134 and i must to know which fuses must select...... upper field, progresive frames, .......

You will have problems trying to check whether frames are interlaced from the DVD itself, as it is scrambled and when you try and add a vob on a DVD disk to something like DVD2AVI, it will cause problems and erratic play, usually before you get to the main movie to see whether it is interlaced, progressive, or both. If you don't want to rip the entire movie, just rip the first VOB or so, then add that into bitrateviewer or DVD2AVI.

    You can preview framerates and interlace imformation with DVD2AVI

    But i'm not sure if it will work from the disk or if the files have to be on your hardrive

Do like I do, open DVD2DVD-R choose what to rip and if new encoding appears at the bottom then I open biterate calculator (leaving DVD2DVD-R open since it unblocks the DVD) and load a vob from the movie. You will then see in the right end corner of biterate calc what type it is. Just close it then set dvd2dvd-r and rip it
