have been trying in many way to use cce, but for any mpeg2 option i set (this not happen in mpeg1) i get the picture with those lines; i think that it's because the video is interlaced PAL and i've not found any option in CCE for this video.
In tmpeg activating the interlace filter all is fine but in cce is always the same, no matter which format is the avi: mjpeg or dv.
Any clue?

i've made this try:
opened the footage in virtual dubb applied the deintrlace filter and saved the resulting avi (a 25mb file became a 445mb one...!!!)
after this i added the avi to the cce list and encode it.
the image was not affected by those lines.
Now, is there a way i can make this process faster and semi automated?? -
You can frameserve from vdub to cce, whilst applying the deinterlace filter. This way You don't have to save an intermediate file.

Do u think that's the only possible way? i mean other filtering combination by your knowledge?
