    I'm kind new to making my own VCDs and while surfing the net for some needed codecs I ran across this site which may be of interest to a few people who are into this sort of thing on a more professional basis.

    That looks like a VERY out-of-date list of doom9's software page -- indeed, it looks EXACTLY like it down to the font and background... hmmm....

    I suggest you go to the real thing and get updated software: http://www.doom9.org
