I have several VCDs on disk and now I'm trying to convert them to .bin/.cue .... I've done this before but I can't remember what program I used. I've tried VCDImager but I personally don't like the program.
What other programs are out there that I can use to convert my SVCDs to .bin/.cue??

I don't know what the more experienced users would do, but I would use isobuster to extract the mpg from the disc then use vcdeasy to make the bin file, adding chapters as i prefer.

Well, you're going to have a problem then because VCDImager is the only program that creates CUE/BIN images of S/VCDs. All other programs simply use VCDImager as a backend.
If what you are really saying is that you don't like/can't use command console tools, then I suggest that you try GNU VCDImager Tools GUI or VCDEasy.
