    I am new here, so I don't know which forum to post this to.

    I was playing around and was going to make a VCD, but instead wanted to see about making a DVD on a CD.
    I did everything in TMPGE and and made a mpeg-2 then burnt it on a CD as a DVD using DVD Movie Factory and it plays beautiful.
    on 2 DVD players
    the quality is by far better than the VCD I did make of the same thing

    I don't have a DVD burner, so I know I cant make real DVD's

    IS this a DVD or some form of a VCD?
