Downloaded movies look like crap. Running a de-noise makes it look better. Just want to know. Reply as soon as posible. Thanks in advance

Downloaded divx avis look like crap for they were encoded at too low bitrates (it's all about bits/(pixel*frame)) I don't think noise reduction will help much... You know the old saying... Crap in, crap out.
