This is a RAID 0 question,
I have a KT400 motherboard made by Soyo, there is a RAID controller built in, I have set it up to RAID 0 but I did it in WindowsXP with the software that came with it, everything is working just fine but when I am doing some capturing the captures are not as good as when I captured straight into IDE. I thought RAID 0 was going to help the captures.
So the question is, is this a software RAID and or if I go through the HighPoint Bios & set up RAID in there will it help in any way?
Thanx
