DVD PhotoPlay Slide show on tv with DVD

Has anyone used DVD Photoplay?

Does it have an anti-flicker filter?
The web site does not say much and there no Demo.

i bought and used the DVD Photoplay to make xmas gifts. You can choose the resolution when playing back on a computer, but not on a dvd player. I have had a problem playing them on dvd players, but not the computers. On everyones dvd players, the cd, especially the music, is playing back way too fast and is somewhat distorted. I wanted to correct this problem, especially since they were gifts, but V-Com's support is closed until after the holidays. Overall, I am not impressed with outcome. I spent so much time making the cds, and they can only be viewed correctly on computers.
