sound pause when converting mpeg

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I made a photoslide show with music with about 95 pictures in Premiere which I made into an AVI. I put the AVI through Tmpgenc and converted it to an Mpeg to make a VCD. Here is the problem, the finished mpeg has a sound pause at 5 min and 10 sec exactly. I have tried to take a picture out but the sound still pauses at 5 min and 10sec.

I know it happens in Tmpgenc because the AVI is perfect but the Mpeg has the pause. What am I doing wrong? Are there any setting in Tmpgenc that I can set to eliminate this problem. By the way, the problems happens sometime.
