You can by CDR/DVDR discs that are ready to be printed on right away.
But where is the CD printer that cost less than $100?

I would could that one a label maker.
It can only print in one color at the limited
area shown in the picture below.

I've seen that printer in action before and I a was impressive.
Although I decided against purchasing it.
I have a EZCD PRINTER that prints in full color on any part of the the CDR or DVDR. All that it requires is that it has a printable surface on it.
Try calling this company. http://www.atdiscount.com/
They sent samples out to me before I purchased.
