My os is WindowsXP, capture from VCR using Dazzle Bridge, using Arcsoft Showbiz for encoding and editing and burning. I can't fit much on a DVD -R/+R without getting horrible quality results. Any help would be appreciated ThanksP. S. i am using a Sony DRU 500a writer
