  1. Hi

    I have an avi movie and I want to convert it so vcd or something so that it can be watched on a TV with a DVD player! What do I do?

    Well, it might help some PC people, but since the software isn't for the Mac, it isn't going to help us Mac people.

    There are many, many guides on this forum to do the conversion that you have asked for, so you should just do a seach on the forum or look through the posts to find what you need to know. Basically, you should get DIVX Doctor II, convert your AVI to MOV, then get FFMPEGX, use the preset "VCD NTSC" or PAL, depending on which you need for your DVD player, and press the Encode button. The output should be able to load onto Toast, and you can burn it from there.
