I'm having some problems with captureing a vhs tape. My system spec's are
Athlon XP 1800
512Meg pc 2100
Ati Rage fury pro 32 meg vid card
2 80GB WD 7200 8 mb cache set it raid 0 ( this is where I'm capturing the video to)![]()
The problem I'm having is this I capture about 10 min of video from a vhs tape in MyDVD to my raid array. I save the file then go and preview the video and while the video is playing it will get stuck for a few seconds I can see behind the stuck frame the movie continuing then it picks back up plays for a little bit then gets stuck again for the same few seconds then continues. All the while I can see the movie moving behind the frame I turn off my anti virus and direct cd. What could be the problem? Is my video card causing the problem? Should i get the ati 8500dv?
