I'm just considering buying a DVD R but would like some feedback of the quality when copying a DVD 9 to 1 disc (for back-up purposes of course !!!!)

well i have copied titanic and green mile to dvd-r and they are both over 3 hours long and i hardly see if any quality loss. when i play them in my stand alone dvd player.
