I have a very High Quality divx avi file. I extracted the audio using the VirtualDub and then used TMPGEnc. Now I 've never had a problem doing before, but with this High Quality Divx, the audio becomes out of sync every once in a while on my DVD player.
I've tried changing the Video Bitrate and changing the Audio quality.
Is there anything else I could try?

Try not extracting the audio with virtualdub, and just let TMPGEnc encode it as System video+audio.
