I have both on my computer and I can't seem to copy it. I tried a disc copy with toast and it only burnt 18 out of the 31 chapters and I got an authorization error. I also tried to copy the files on to my hard drive but it said all the files couldn't be copied a -32 error. What should I try next?

I just tried using toast again using a save as disc image. The image is on my hard drive but I stll keep getting an authorization error after I burn the DVD-R. What else can I try? Please, I'm new to this and I'm getting really frustrated and loseing lots of $ on dvd-r's. By the way I am copying a DVD-R and it is under 4gb so that isn't the problem.

If this is a commercially pressed DVD, try using DVD Backup (http://195.134.134.27/downloads/macdvd/DVDBackup_13.bin) to copy the VIDEO_TS folder to the hard drive, and then use Toast in DVD mode to burn a new DVD containing that folder.
note: this will only work if the total contents of the DVD < 4.4 GB. -
