    I just installed this GF4 ti4600.

    It captures fine in Premiere 5.1 but not in anything else.

    Tried WinDVR, PowerVCR, WinCoder and VirtualDub 1.4.9.

    Whats the issue here?

    I have the same card as you
    I have the 1.16 WDM drivers installed ( from the Visioteks website ) & I am using WinDVR 2.0 ( demo, can not find full version anywhere ) & I do not have any problems capturing.
    What type of problems are you having?

    I know that the WDM 1.11 sucked bad, maybe that was the problem?

    I use a MSI GF Ti 4200 to capture. VirtualDub seems to work fine for me.

    got gainward gf4 ti4600 and 1.22 WDM drivers. Captures in darn near everything, but always defaults to a non-existant tuner card rather then video in.
    is it possible that is the problem?

    I have a MSI GeF4 Ti4200 VIVO, and I use the v1.08 (no macrovision) drivers. Works without a glitch with v'dub.
