I recently installed a upgraded version of MMC (s/w I use with Radeon 7500) to capture video from cable.
When I reinstalled I lost a customized setting I had which let me capture SVCDs to burn on an hour on 99minute CD at a slightly higher quality. I've since fixed the rate on the capture setting but I now hoave some video that does not fit on a 99minute CD (file size about 1.1GB and have to fit it on a 850MB disc).
My question is if there is a utility that will let me re-encode the file and allow me to adjust the bitrate slightly. I tried using TMPEng but it did not recognize the SVCD format.
Thanks in advance
P
