  1. i have a wav that i extract from an avi with 23.97 fps and whanted to
    resample it to 25 or 29.97 fps,

    1) where do i need to go in cooledit to change to size of the file (speed it up)

    2) is there a fourmula how much do i need to speed up the for each format ??

  2. The whole process is actually quite easy. First, divide the number of frames by the target fps rate and write down the result. Open the file in CoolEdit (I strongly recommend to work with uncompressed pcm wav files and disable the undo option under the edit menu). Then, under the transform menu select Time/Pitch and then Strech, and write the result from before in the length box (pay attention that this should match the length of the fps converted movie), don't change anything else, not even the precision setting because I didn't notice any major differences and it just taked a lot more time. Prees ok and wait, when the transform completes save your file to a pcm wav and you're done!
