    I know this sounds bizarre - but i have seen it done. Anyone know how?

    My guess would be that you would use html code similar to that of inserting a flash movie onto your own webpage but instead of the 'src' being located on the VCDHelp server it would be linked to your own space looking something like this:

    "src=http://www.freespace.com/myspace/flash.swf"
    www.videohelp.com/~pacmania
