Hi
Have frame rate problem when playing tape from VCR machine to capture when runing Mpeg Tv Station programe.
Picture frame are jerkey and black bar lines appear between what could be good video.
The same tape playes on normal TV set replay no problem.
Cable connection to Mpeg TV station control box.
No audio. Have checked all record properties volume controls. All seem correct.
The speed of the VCR tape frame rate appears to be the problem to capture a good still picture to save to hard drive.
Kworld service have replied to my emails but have yet to capture a realy good shot
Any solutions

Hi,
If you're using WIn 9x/ME you should enable DMA for your hard disk and increse the DMA buffer of your mobo to 64K.
If you are using 2000 or XP just make sure that your drive has DMA enabled.
Also install the latest Intel. Sis or Via drivers.
Also Install Direct X 8.1 or Windows XP SP1.
Finally, if you do not do it regulary, try unfragmenting your capture hard disk.
By the way, Kworld DVD maker TV is exacly the same card as the Provideo 256T card. Try installing Provideo video capture drivers try your captures again.
I've been using Provideo drivers for a while with better results than the Kworld drivers.
Look the drivers in the following link: ): http://www.provideo.com.tw/PV256.htm
ALso here you have another usefull link for our card: http://www.iln.com.au/pv256.html

Thank you for information regarding Kworld Mpeg USB
Have had a look at sites you list
Have installed Win XP and tried to install from CD the software for Kworld Mpeg Tv Station USB TV
Starts to install then Error An Error occured during the move Data Process -132. So No installation.
From the same CD I was able to install Inervideo Win Producer and Win DVR
