Capture Settings for AIW 128 pci plz

Hi, I looked at the posts from long time too and i couldnt find it, I own a AIW 128 pro pci capture card and i want the best settings to capture music videos, decent like the ones u can download off mirc, i really need help on it and i would muchly appreciate if someone out of the blue would just come and give me a hand, not asking for much but for a decent answer, plz all the correct settings specifically, thnxs
P.S. settings for a standard VCD (mpeg)capture, not no SVCD, thnxs

in mmc go to 'setup' / 'digital vcr' / and then click the 'video cd' bullet. that will capture a vcd compliant mpeg video.

i'm referring to mmc 7.1
