  1. Hello.
I try to watch svcd disc in my dvd which only support vcd.
I burn my svcd file with the header trick using TMPGenc
and choose in the multiplexing section "Mpeg1 vcd".
At the end it show me a warnning about the packet underflow
but the file it created can be watched using PowerDVD on my PC.

When I burn it using Nero5.5 and put it on my DVD the movie
run with a lot of green squres and the music is pausing.

    Some important information:
When I run the movie in speed x 2 the pictures look good.

The format is PAL and my DVD is LG 4941p

Any one has an idea what is the problem?
Is it related to framerate? pulldown???

Thanks in advanced on any help.

  4. I believie I had the same error message when I tried the header trick. try using the video cd (non standard) header instead.
this will play fine on my panasonice dvd player but I'm still having problems with the audio (will have to mess around with it some more).
