    I made a VCD awhile ago but it only plays upside down a week ago I read something about making it rightside up but I forgot where I looked and now I'm stuck having to turn my head so could anyone help out with my dilemna, I'm gonna make another VCD of the same file.

    My best possible answer to give you is get Adobe Premiere and open the movie file and edit it, as in rotate the movie all the way up and then re-encode it....

    I've read that MPEG clips can flip upside down if you don't crop them evenly left- right or top-bottom, also I believe it is important to crop using multiples of 8x or 16x.
