CUE/BIN to DVD

What's the best way to go about this?

burn with nero or (best) cdrwin 3.8f or 3.9 -- thats normally to svcd or vcd on a cd ...

for a dvd thats in a bin cue format -- one big file .. anyway nero or prassi can burn bin files to dvd .
