    How can I find out what framerate is video in .VOB file? Need it for correct VCD conversion...

  2. Use Bitrate Viewer. Do a Google search and find where you can get it. But basically, if it's a NTSC DVD, it's 29.97 fps; if it's PAL, it's 25 fps.
