i tried to convert a few xvids with kewl0 settings and everything worked fine but the movie was too bright on my dvd player.does somebody know how to regulate the brightness when converting into vcd with tmpgenc![]()

If you use the Wizard: in the page 3/5 click on Other Settings, go to Advanced tab, tick Simple color correction box and double-click on it to access brightness controls.
If not using Wizard: access the same controls by pressing Setting button in the main window.
It will not affect TMPGEnc's ability to accept XviD AVIs.
