So my question is:

I want to make an svcd with vdub, cce, bbmpeg
I also want to add a secondary sound ( the dub in my language )
The material consists of to avi files, but the movie (starwars) is rather long to fit on 2 svcd discs. So I want to make three discs.
The primary audio is not a problem with vdub I can append the 2 avi files and the save the original waws and cut them, where I cut the movie.
The secondary sound ( 26M of waw/CD????) however cant be cut this way. ( in vdub you can only add the first part's external audio (am I right?))
So I want to join the to waw files, and cut this new file into three.


Please someone suggest a software or a method good for this kind of job
