    i seem to have a hard time working with a .avi in format mp43 , or S-Mpeg 4 version 3 . i can get this file to play on my pc so i know i have the correct codec installed . But i am having one hell of a time converting it to Mpeg-1 . tmpegnc will not let it load .
    here are some properties of the file
    aspect is 352x240
    framerate is 14.985 fps
    bitrate is 305kb/s

    any help would be appreciated

    open in virtualdub and frameserve it to tmpgenc
