    hi,

    i need a still image as 4-5 sec. movie, what would be the best program to do it (i know it could be done e.g. with GifAnimator, but i guess there's a better solution..)

    any help appreciated, tia!

    If you have TMPGEnc and Gold Wave, just make a five second audio file of silence with Gold Wave, then use TPMGEnc to make your JPEG or bitmap image as input video, and the silent audio file as input audio. The resultant file will show a video that shows your image for five seconds .
