I need your support to turn my DVD to “all region”. I have a Zenith DVD Model 2515 and I would like to transform it to multi region player or to region 1 and 4. I search and read a lot, but I couldn’t unlock it.
It have a LG chip.
This is the Version Display of my DVD:
1. Setup
2. Select TV Aspect
3. Place the cursor on 16:19 wide
4. Enter “1 3 9 7 1 3 9” on the remote
5. Press “ENTER” on the remote
6. Press “SETUP” to clear the information once read
7. Version Display
Model: Zenith Charger
Region: NO. 01
Nation: US.00
Micom: VER1.0 20000707
Servo: C008
MPEG: OL40 18APR00
Miscel: 11 A0
Option: 55 53 00 DE 00

I tried with the following region code hack (Jose Salvador Ventoza, Ricardo Soares, and others):
1. Power on the player with no disk in the drive
2. Press “PAUSE” on the remote
3. Enter “3 1 4 1 5 9” on the remote (the word COdE appears on the dis-play)
4. Enter “0” on the remote (0=all regions, 4= Latin America/Australia)
5. Press “PAUSE” on the remote
6. Power the player off and then back on.

The problem was that nothing happened. The word “COdE” didn’t appear.
I supposed that this could be because my firmware version is 1.0. I contact the support from Zenith and LG asking for a firmware upgrade, but they don’t help me.

When I tried the VCD Hack (Harold Woodward, Pope, Kitson, Alex Aguiar, The Claw and others).
1. Turn on the player with NO disk in drive
2. Press “PAUSE” on the remote My Display
3. Press “1 4 7 2 01 55
4. Press “UP” first time 02 53
5. Press “UP” second time 03 00
6. Press “UP” third time 04 dE
7. Press “PROGRAM” 04 E –
8. Press “6” 04 EF
9. Press “PROGRAM” 04 F –
10. Press “5” 04 FE
11. Press “ENTER” Flash

Then the 5.1 speaker setup menu It was enable, but didn’t unbroken the region code, even if I press the “STOP” on the remote before I press “PAUSE” for the first time (T Rebtun).
Then I tried the modification on Region Hack and Macrovision proposed by Hack Nemo Nint (changing the 04 variable to 66) and also the modification proposed by The Claw (Press ““PROGRAM”, “4”, “PROGRAM”, “5” → 04 dE). But it didn’t work also.

Thanks for your help.
