    Is there anything that can help me in converting real media format file to VCD format.

    There is a program TinRA that converts RealMedia fomat to AVI. From there you can use standard procedures listed many places this website to convert the avi to VCD format. You can get TinRA at: http://guiguy.wminds.com/downloads/tinragui/

    I have never used this program, so I can't tell you anything about it, other than what it does.
