Hello everyone,
Okay, here it is, I use tmpgenc (recent) to convert my DivX - Dvdrip, avi movies to VCD, and all turns out well, but the only thing i really need is if anyone out there knows how to add chapters (tracks) in VCD like it would be in a DVD movies. I really need to know because i hate fast forwarding VCD cause it takes awhile to forward. SO if anyone could explain to me how its done or if it can be done. If I am posting this method in the wrong forum, can anyone tell me where or which forum is the right place to post this message. I really need help with this thing. Starting to get fustrated about it. Thank you everyone for reading this, and replying to this confuse guy!
Thank you for your time

Chapters are not the same as tracks...
For entrypoint chapters, they work like this: http://www.michaeltam.com/chapters.html
Fortunately, you don't have to necessarily whip out your text editor and edit the XML yourself any more and can use some GUIs to do the same thing (e.g., VCDEasy): http://www.vcdeasy.org
