I had saved the form as 2 GIF images from the Office Depot rebate site posted earlier. Now the rebate form is not on that site.

So I posted the images on a page on the site below. I can't guarantee they will give you the $50 but the text on the form seems to indicate that if you buy the burner at certain stores in the US ONLY at certain times you can get the rebate. Don't blame me if they don't send ya the money, I'm just reposting the form.

There is a US toll free number on the rebate form to verify you can use it. Another forum member called and Sony confirmed it was legit.

Yeah - I have a coupon for Hostess Twinkies and Sharmin Toilet Paper. If you're using that European paper (tree bark), the Sharmin coupon may help
