Which version of TMPGEnc is best for DVD encoding?

they all work really ... one studio uses 12b excluusivly that i know of .. Blade uses the dll from 2.1 ... the latest is prob a safe bet .. some people swear 12j does the best quality ....
in other words - the source material and your settings play a more importaint part ..
