    I am new to vcd but am having a few problems converting my footage from my dv camera to at least a vhs quality. I have ulead videostudio 4.0 basic, and video cd easy. Can anyone tell me what I have to set these to to get the best quality result from vcdeasy, as i dont know how to set these in Ulead:
    video data rate
    audio bit rate
    frame rate
    frame size

    We have a PAL system. Also what is the best quality way to store footage on a cd if you are only going to watch it on your computer?

    why dont you try vdub probably the best out there and amazing results
