    My apex 703 refused to play any kind of cds and DVDs after using it for several months. It just keep loading the cd forever. Does anyone know what is the problem and how can I fix it?

    1. Clean the disc (REALLY GOOD).

    2. Clean the laser (Buy a CD-ROM laser cleaning kit, all it is is a special disc with brushes on the bottom)

    3. Adjust the laser (I don't know how)

    I have had a similar problem when I place the unit with regions off. When I put the unit in the region I am watching the problem goes away. Although my problem was not as extreme, after two or three trys it would finally work. I also noticed that the problem was less noticable if the disc was in try three??? Good luck
