I would like to know which one have the best capture quality?

Is there any difference in quality when watching a movie on the TV or on the monitor with these cards?

Anything else i need to know about these cards, problems etc.
or should I start look for someother card.

    Thanks

I don't know about either of those 2 cards.. What I do know is that the Visiontek Xtasy Everything (Nvidia personal cinema) has the best PC to TV quality I have ever seen, in any card. You might consider it if you are using your PC to control a TV. The green break away box on the unit moves all of the TV-out hardware away from the static insides of the PC. So there's no fuzz.

I would go with the Haupaggue WinTV Theatre. I have a Pinnacle PCTV and a WinTV Go and the WinTV was hands down the easier card to install. They both have the same quality basically, but Pinnacle has just recently come out with drivers that aren't completely horrible.

Both of those cards do basically the same thing, but the Haupague will be easier to get working. Trust me.
    End of Line.
