    I am very frustrated. I am not getting any video after encoding an AVI file that I downloaded. I have tried downloading the divX codec and I changed the Viewer priority under environmental settings. The audio portioin works fine. I can also view the entire movie on my Media Player. What am I doing wrong???

    I have tried almost all of them (with VCD-NTSC, PAL) including the "unlocked" with custom settings. I don't even see the film on the Preview.
