I have a 2 disc set of different volumes (each volume being an episode of a program, with individual chapters in each volume). On the first disc, I ran a DVDx 2.0 rip and was successful at getting each volume into a separate MPG, with full chapter division - so I can play the VCD and actually skip through the chapters of eash volume/episode. My only gripe was that it cut the last 5-10 seconds from the end of some of the volumes' last chapters, and those ended up on the first chapter of the next volume: in ID10T terms, the 4th episode begins with the last few seconds of the 3rd episode, and the 5th and 6th do the same.
My issue is, when I try to grab the next 6 episodes from the Disc II, it will only rip the first episode. DVDx appears to be "about to" rip the entire video contents of the IFO (says 03:25:50 as full length, not the 32:00 or so per episode/volume). The anticipated disc space is also modeled after teh whole conversion, but only the 1st episode is converted. I have tried this with DVD2SVCD as well, and oddly got the same result on Disc II. Anyone have a smilar issue with a multi-episode or multi-volume DVD source (like a TV show collection DVD)? Any ideas or suggestions? I am running under XP, 1/2 GB RAM, DVD/CD-RW for ripping, CD-RW for burning (under Nero), and ASPI 4.60...
