Which player out of these 2

I would like to buy a DVD player that is capable of playing DVD-R and DVD-RW. I have narrowed my choice to the following two:

Pioneer 454-S
Sony DVP-NS305S

Can anyone point out to me which would be the better player.

I have a Sony ns300. It's great. plays dvd-r/w fine.

however, it's not multi-region! (well, mine isn't) To enable multi region, it involves a hardware mod.

If multiregion isn't an issue, you'll be very happy with it.

This is how i would find out which is the best. if you have the money buy both of them and return the one you don't like. It's easy.
Or if you don't have the money for both, do the slow way. Buy one first, then return it and tell them you want the other.
If you like the new one you bought keep it, if you don't go back and change for the other.

NOTE: This does not work for online.
